MANDALA FLOW, break the chains!
We’re breaking free from the linear and inviting you to flow in a circle. The front of your mat becomes the back, and eventually, the back becomes the
front. We’re playing with the concept of the mandala, which comes from the Sanskrit word “MANDA” meaning essence or essential, and “LA” translates to container or that which contains.
From a yoga perspective, mandala can be translated as a container of essence or essential, which can be broadly seen as our physical body, our home, our temple, nature, etc.
What happens when you move in a circle? It stimulates balance, fluidity, creativity, joy, and strength in the flow. It takes you out of your head and brings you back into your body, allowing you to listen and feel the signals you receive.
This way of practicing of yoga adds a sparkt to your practice!
